I’ve been diagnosed with depression and spent quite a few weeks at home on sick leave. While at home, I started a diary for the first time since I was 15. Here’s a page from my diary that I thought was very fitting for this blog and one of my favourite subjects, fatness.
i am so sorry to hear that you’re struggling with depression! it is such a horrible state to be in – but it can be dealt with, and you can get back to a place where the world feels great again.

I have missed your posts so much. You are such a creative person; I am sure you will be able to fight this and find joy in life again as well as bring joy to others. Don’t be afraid to ask for help and seek out others who have dealt with the same problem.
